More together, in a few taps.
1. Find your people
Select Everyone, Couples, Friends or Family. Browse by category, search the library, or tell the matchmaker your mood and how much time you have.
2. Start a little moment
Open an activity and follow its instructions. You can play on one device, take turns as teams, or create a private room for two browser participants.
3. Invite someone
Tap Play together, choose your names and create a room. Copy its unique invitation and send it to one person. They open it in their browser and join. Keep invitations private; rooms expire after approximately 24 hours.
Closing the page keeps your place saved when browser storage is available. Reopen Duemello in the same browser profile before the room expires to return to your shared game. Only one tab or app window can use your saved place at a time. Leave room pauses automatic return; Return to your room reconnects you. End room for both closes the invitation. On a shared device, leave and choose Forget this room on this browser to remove your private return access. Private browsing, clearing site data or unavailable storage can remove this access.
4. Make it a movie night
Use a supported YouTube link, a compatible direct video URL, or supported browser media sharing. YouTube and direct videos can share playback controls. TikTok and Instagram links can be opened with their provider; synchronized embedding is not guaranteed. Streaming services, protected media and unsupported links may not play in the room.
5. Make their birthday personal
Create a birthday room with their name, your message and one of three birthday card designs. Send the private invitation. They join the room, open their name introduction and reveal your card. Both screens share the same card and celebration, while each person's light or dark appearance follows their own local time. Your name and card message are part of the invitation URL.
Automatic events and local time
Duemello uses relevant calendar events and your approximate country to choose event decorations, with the standard Duemello design on ordinary days. Your local time controls light and dark appearance. There is no manual event picker. Optional background music starts only when you enable it, and later visits still wait for you to press Play.
6. Keep Duemello close
Use your browser's Install app option. On iPhone or iPad, open Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. The installed app opens the same website you installed it from; install from duemello.com.
Once the app shell is cached, local games can work offline. Online rooms, invitations that need joining and streamed video require a connection. Reconnect and reopen Duemello to receive updates. Clearing site data removes locally saved progress.
