Duemello is operated by WeDigitlize Ltd, company number 17465598. Registered office: Crown House, North Circular Road, London, England, NW10 7PN.
Duemello is a recreational service for couples, friends and families. It is not therapy, emergency assistance or professional advice. The existing activities are free. Optional downloadable packs are governed by the purchase terms; an available offer shows its contents and price before payment. No subscription is created. Discovery and reading pages contain labelled sponsor links; advertising networks and optional analytics remain disabled.
Play respectfully
Use only invitations intended for you. Do not access someone else's room, harass participants, exploit the service or distribute illegal material. Share only videos and content you have permission to access or transmit. Children should use family activities with an appropriate adult; do not put children's personal information into shared rooms.
Rooms, media and saved progress
A private room supports two browser participants, or people taking turns on those devices. It is not a group-call service. Invitations should stay private. Room access expires after approximately 24 hours and the host may end it earlier.
Some activities work locally after the app has cached its assets. Online rooms and streamed media require a connection. Video playback depends on browser compatibility, provider permission, copyright and regional restrictions. Duemello does not bypass these restrictions.
Progress stored in your browser can be removed by clearing site data, changing device or resetting browser storage. Keep a separate copy of creative work you want to preserve.
Availability and changes
We may maintain or update games and features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome from an activity. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Email info@wedigitliz.com for support, privacy requests and accessibility concerns. Include the activity name, browser and a description of the problem. Never send a private room invitation or payment-card details.

Worlds pilot rules and location safety
Duemello Worlds is a free experimental game. Its London and Fez pins are illustrative local landmarks, not official participating venues, walking directions, physical check-in requirements or invitations to access buildings or restricted areas. Do not use it while driving, cross roads while looking at the screen or enter private property to follow a digital mission. Stay aware of your surroundings and observe local laws and venue rules.
Remote co-op missions use private two-person invitations and expire after about 45 minutes. Your partner may be in another city or country. Do not publish invitations or share other people's details. AR camera overlays are optional prototypes; they may not align with your real surroundings.
Only adults aged 18 or over may enable optional public map presence. Public activity represents approximate anonymous cell counts, not verified people or emergency location information. Do not use it to arrange unsolicited encounters, identify another person or monitor someone's whereabouts. Presence can be stopped at any time. Learn more in the Worlds privacy information.
