Email info@wedigitliz.com for support, privacy requests and accessibility concerns. Include the activity name, browser and a description of the problem. Never send a private room invitation or payment-card details.

The Together Pack: a PDF with 15 A4 pages, 30 conversation cards, 10 shared challenges and 5 printable games with instructions and a word-search answer key. Print two copies of Secret Fleet for two-player games.
Date Night Deluxe: one printable PDF with 6 date-night games with full rules and scoring, a couples quiz score sheet, 24 conversation prompts, 8 date-night missions and 2 planning worksheets.
Birthday Surprise Kit: one printable PDF with 5 party games with full rules, a birthday quiz score sheet, 16 birthday card prompts, 6 celebration activities and 3 worksheets to personalise for someone special.
Letters Across Miles: one printable PDF containing 5 long-distance games, 24 writing prompts, 6 connection rituals and 2 postcards.
Family Game Night: one printable PDF with 6 family games for ages 4 and up, 12 survey cards, an Olympics medal table and a quiz score sheet.
Friends Rivalry League: one printable PDF with 6 group games with full rules, 16 “most likely to” cards and a season league table.

Each listing shows its exact contents and one-time GBP price before payment. A PDF reader is required; a printer, paper and pens are optional. These are digital downloads only, not physical goods, memberships or subscriptions.
Price and payment
The displayed one-time price is in GBP and includes any applicable tax. Stripe processes payment. Duemello does not receive or store your full card number. No recurring charge is created. Existing free games, rooms, Daily puzzles and birthday cards do not require this purchase.
Getting your download
After payment is confirmed, return to the purchase page to download the PDF. Some payment methods can take longer to confirm; check the existing purchase before starting a new one. Save both your PDF and the private purchase link. Anyone with that link can access the purchase. It is not a room invitation.
You can return using the saved link while the download service remains available. Keep a local copy for long-term use; we do not promise permanent online storage. Clearing browser data removes locally saved purchase access, but a complete private purchase link can restore it. If you lose access, contact us with your order reference or Stripe receipt; we will verify the purchase before helping. An email address alone does not unlock a file.
Your personal-use licence
Each purchased kit is for personal, noncommercial use. You may print copies to play with friends and family. If buying as a gift, you may give the private purchase/download link to one intended recipient for their personal use. Anyone who obtains the complete private link may access the file, so do not share it publicly. You may not sell, republish, mass distribute, or upload the PDF publicly. Copyright is retained; a group does not need a second copy just to play together.
Immediate supply and cancellation
Before paying, you must explicitly agree to these terms and request immediate access to the digital content. Before the file starts downloading, we ask you to confirm that supply should begin and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends when it does. If you have not begun downloading and wish to cancel, contact us promptly with your order reference.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty, not as described or not supplied. Contact us if the file is unavailable, damaged, incomplete or materially different from its description. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include a working replacement or a refund.
Refunds and purchase problems
Contact us with your order reference and a brief description of the problem. Do not send card details, your private link or unnecessary personal information. If a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the bank or payment provider. A fully refunded purchase or a purchase under a payment dispute cannot be downloaded through the service.
Privacy and reasonable use
Stripe keeps payment records needed to process the purchase and meet legal obligations. Duemello uses the purchase reference, payment status, agreed terms and a hashed access credential to verify delivery. Your browser can save your private return access. The activities are recreational. Anyone can pass, change a question or stop. They are not therapy or professional advice. Nothing here limits legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
