Memory sequence
Take turns repeating a growing colour melody with your person.
This plan uses a memory game, a drawing prompt and a small puzzle. It works around one screen or two connected devices, with people taking turns rather than needing an account each.
Choose an adult to check the prompts and explain the controls. Pair younger players with a reader where helpful. For remote play, make one team around each of the two connected devices.
Try Echo Garden. Ask everyone to watch the sequence, then let the person whose turn it is enter the colours. Rotate the person tapping after a completed turn.
Open Doodle Together. One person draws a body, another adds legs and another gives it a home. Use a new colour for each contribution and give the creature a name together.
Use Pocket Sudoku and talk through why a digit belongs in a cell. A more confident player can ask questions instead of filling in every answer. If numbers are not the right fit, switch to Memory Lane.
Choose a favourite drawing detail or a clever move from each team. You can keep a score if everyone enjoys it, but completing a shared challenge is a valid finish too.
